Visual Rights

Because our images are increasingly copied on the internet without our permission, we and our photographers are missing out on income. This also ensures that the exclusivity of our images decreases. We call on Visual Rights because we believe that everyone deserves a wage according to work.

We ask Visual Rights to search the internet if and where our photos are used. They report this to us and we check whether or not the photo has been purchased by a particular website. If this turns out not to be the case, we will inform Visual Rights. By collaborating with Visual Rights, we choose to avoid expensive attorney fees on both sides and to arrive at a fair solution together. By means of the payment invitation, Visual Rights offers you the opportunity to arrange a license for use in the past, so that we still receive a fee.
